Terms  and  conditions  for  the  use  of  the  Dataspace  P.S.A.  website  https://metricasystems.ai

§1. General

  1. Access and use of the website https://metricasystems.ai (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and the materials available therein (hereinafter referred to as the Content)  is  possible  only  under  the terms  and  conditions  described  in  the regulation below.
  2. In  the  absence  of  other  information,  all  Content  is  provided  by  DATASPACE Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter referred to as DATASPACE).
  3. The  Site  provides  information  about  DATASPACE  (and  its  associates)  in  the scope of providing services. Other information related to DATASPACE (and the Foundation) is also available on the Site.
  4. DATASPACE may remove, add, modify and change the information contained on  the  Site  without notice.  The  Site  is  updated  on  a  timely  basis,  however, DATASPACE, is not responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the data presented, especially reports, analysis, product information. DATASPACE is not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on the information provided on the Site. The information should be considered up-to-date only at the time of its publication on the Site and not according to the moment of accessing the Site.

§2. Tracking

  1. The use of the Site may be monitored by DATASPACE or its associates and the information collected may be used internally to the extent permitted by law.

  2. The  User  shall  not  take  any  deliberate  action  to  cause  harm  to  the  Site  or  to gain access to a section to which he/she is not authorized to access.

  1. DATASPACE  will  do  its  best  to  keep  the  information  on  the  Site  current  and correct but does not guarantee that the information will not contain errors. 2. DATASPACE does not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption. 3. DATASPACE does not control and is not responsible for the content of sites linked to the Site. 4. All statements in the regulations do not apply to exclusions where the law states otherwise.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names of DATASPACE used on the Site are trademarks or service marks and/or registered trademarks of DATASPACE Prosta  Spółka  Akcyjna  or  its affiliates, unless  otherwise  stated  on  the  Site.  You may  not,  without  the  prior  written  consent  of DATASPACE  Prosta  Spółka Akcyjna,  use,  copy,  reproduce,  republish,  upload,  post,  transmit, distribute  or modify in any way the trademarks or service marks or trademarks.
  2. Copyright  and  related  rights  to  all  Content  are  the  property  of  DATASPACE Prosta Spółka Akcyjna. You are entitled to view, reproduce, print and download  documents,  audio  and  video  files on  the  Site  solely  for  personal, informational and non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise indicated in the records  on  the  Site.  You  may  not  use,  modify  or  copy,  distribute,  transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish any material containing the Content and its elements, license with respect thereto, create derivative works, assign or sell the  rights  to  any  Content  and  its elements  without  prior  permission  from DATASPACE Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, unless such authorization arises from copyright  and  related  rights  regulations.  You  will  not  remove  any copyright, related rights, trademarks, service marks and trademarks, or any other property right warnings, from the Content on the Site.
