Information Obligation

Arising from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO”).

1. The administrator of the personal data is Dataspace PSA with its registered office in Toruń (87-100) at 161 Włocławska Street, registered in the District Court in Toruń VII Economic Division of the National Court Register, KRS No. 0000969744, NIP 9562300700, Regon 341307740. The company can be contacted by letter to the above address of its headquarters or by email: sekretariat@dataspace.pl.
2. Your personal data in the scope of name, surname, company name, registered office address, tax ID, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO for the purposes related to cooperation or establishing cooperation with Dataspace PSA.
3. We will store your personal data: – for the duration of the cooperation, and after its termination for the period required by tax and accounting regulations, – in the absence of cooperation for up to 3 years.
4. Please be informed that you have the following rights related to the processing of your personal data:
   (a) the right to request rectification and erasure of your personal data, 

   (b) the right to portability of your personal data, 

   (c) the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data, 

   (d) the right to object to the processing of your personal data 

   (e) the right to withdraw at any time your consent to the processing of your personal data, but this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
5. In case of any irregularities in the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint in this regard to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
6. We provide your personal data to entities authorized by law and to entities authorized by us that process personal data on our behalf on the basis of a concluded agreement. In particular, these are capital-related, IT, human resources, accounting, postal, courier, legal assistance, payment entities.
7. Your data will not be subjected to automated processing, including, in particular, profiling.
8. Your data will not be transferred to third countries/international organisations.
9. Provision of data is voluntary, but completion of the fields marked as “required fields” is necessary to maintain contact with Dataspace PSA.
